“We only review the exceptions worth a second look and bring the judgment. My team spends its time there instead of combing through everything. It's given us back real capacity, helped us spot potential process issues in time, and added confidence to every close.”

Ready for the auditor.

Every finding shows the evidence behind it, and nothing reaches your ERP until a person approves it.

Why it was flagged
Each finding cites the policy, the document and the past postings Eagl used as evidence.
What changed
A correction shows before and after for every dimension: account, amount, tax code, cost centre.
Who approved it
Every status change, comment and approval records who made it and when, a person or an agent.
Which run found it
Each agent run is versioned, so any finding shows the model and instructions that produced it.

Questions finance teams ask.

Does Eagl post corrections without me?

No. Eagl proposes the correcting entry and shows exactly what changes. Nothing reaches your ERP until a person approves it.

How does Eagl know our policies?

You add them once: your accounting principles, capex policy, VAT manual and account descriptions. Eagl also reads how you booked similar postings before. Every finding shows the policy or past postings it relied on.

What if a finding is wrong?

Dismiss it and say why. Eagl takes your decision into account the next time it sees something similar. Findings with little impact can be dismissed in bulk.

Which ERPs does it post back to?

NetSuite, Exact Online and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. SAP S/4HANA is coming soon.

Can each entity have its own rules?

Yes. Each agent can be scoped per entity and per account range, with that entity's own policies. Group standards apply everywhere unless you tailor them.

How far back does it review?

You choose the start date. Eagl reviews historical postings from there, then checks every new one as it lands.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your tenant, encrypted in transit and at rest. What Eagl learns from your books is scoped to your organisation and never shared with other customers.
